"My research looks at reproductive investment and transgenerational effects in banded mongooses, specifically measuring levels of oxidative stress in adults, gametes, and offspring. I'm also interested in social evolution, my masters focussing on response to inter-group conflict in ants, and having done a year as a research assistant at the Kalahari meerkat project.

I've used R throughout my undergrad and postgrad degrees, and have a good understanding of data management (formatting data so R knows how to use it), and simple statical tests (T-tests, Anova, Linear models, etc.), although recently most of my experience comes from General linear and mixed effect models. I'm familiar with creating graphs using base R and GGplot."
